WE ARE BEHIND THE CUSTOMERS

We put in place a 360 degree safety system to ensure high quality of service offered by independent service providers on our marketplace.

However, if you experienced abuses or serious issues from an independent service provider engaged through our platform, you can file a complaint here within 5 days of the service. Our customer support will investigate and assist accordingly. Corrective actions we take may include but not limited to suspension or termination of accounts.

Please refer to the Service Voucher under "My Bookings" in the mobile app to fill in and submit the form. We will send you an acknowledgement mail once we receive your request and will advise next steps accordingly.
