CASH PAYMENT ( EASY POLICY)

 

FEES COLLECTION iN CASH BY INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS

For service providers who opted for "CASH" under My Service (StageManager), they are responsible for collecting cash from their customers after service is completed.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS

For CASH payment, independent service providers and are responsible for their own refund policies for the services they offered.

To promote a healthy marketplace, last minute cancellations within 24 hours of service date are still noted by our system.

  • For customers, the ability to place bookings will be automatically suspended for a month once the system registered 3 such incidents. Do get in touch with us if you wish to appeal the penalty.
  • For service providers, you will be able to continue taking service bookings from shoppers till we recorded 3 cancellations or "No Shows". In that instance, you will need to either contact our Support Specialists at support@stagemetro.com or unlock the ability to re-take service booking by going to StageManager web portal by paying a nominal fee. This measure is to protect the interest of our shoppers who have placed faith in our marketplace and you, as our independent third-party service partner, that the services they have booked will be delivered in a professional manner.

 

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT (STANDARD POLICY)

 

FEES COLLECTION VIA CARDS BY STAGEMETRO

For service providers who opted for "Automated Payout" under My Service (StageManager), customers will be prompted to provide their credit/debit cards details when they try to place the booking. Full fees will be charged 30 days before the service date. However, these fees are only "escrowed" digitally by StageMetro and will not be transferred to service providers till either of the below conditions are fulfilled.

  • Customers acknowledge service completion through the Service Voucher after actual service date.
  • 7 days has lapsed after actual service date without any acknowledgement from customer on Service Voucher.

Having the customer acknowledging service completion through the Service Voucher is the fastest way for service provider to receive payment in their bank account, typically within 7 working days.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS

For credit card payment, our system implement a standard policy where there is a 50% penalty for cancellations made within 10 days of the service date. We recommend customers to edit the service date instead of cancelling the service to avoid this penalty.

If the full fees is charged after the service, you can request for a refund under the following circumstances by using our refund request form in the event that the Service provider did not turn up or render the agreed service. Do note that under the automated implementation, full fees can only be released to service provider if you

  • Manually release the fees through the "Service Acknowledgement" button on the service voucher
  • 7 days has lapsed where no acknowledgement is received by the customer.

SUBSCRIPTION FEES FOR TALENTS

There is no refund for talent subscription plan payments though cancellation is possible through the StageManager service portal.
