(FOR CREDIT CARD BOOKING ONLY)
You are entitled to a full refund if your card has been charged and service provider did not turn up for the booking.
In that unfortunate event, please fill up the form below to submit a refund request. For purchases made with your credit or debit card, the refund can take up to 2 weeks to show up in your account.
SERVICE BOOKING REFUND
Please refer to the Service Voucher under "My Bookings" in the mobile app to fill in and submit the form. We will send you an acknowledgement mail once we receive your request and will advise next steps accordingly.
